I would recommend anyone in the area to this dentist...My visit was great from beginning to end. Everyone was nice and pleasant and they took their time with me. Before this visit I was horrified of dentist because of a past experience but this visit made my fear disappear. Not only has my visit been great but also my children. I love this dentist and I am glad my friend referred them to me.

The workers as well as the service was awsome. I felt scared at first to get my first filling and the staff reassured me that everything was going to be tookin care of which it was.i wouldn't recoment and other dentistry. I have been a dental assistant for 10 years and this is by far the best dental experience that my family and I have ever had. We absolutely loved the whole clinic and the atmosphere that was presented. My girls are 6 and 10 and they loved the staff. Very thorough and so loving with kids. I wish they could come with us every duty station we go too. Have already recommended to my friends with and without children. Can't wait to go back and see the staff again.

The staff is very friendly. The dental assistants and dentist worked efficiently. I had a cavity filled and it they were very gentle and I didn't feel much of anything. This is a good place to go if you are scared of dentists!

I was overdue for a cleaning/checkup. The hygenist I was use to had retired. I was a little apprehensive. Everyone was great! Beginning with the front desk, to the hygenist, the dentist and the girl who check me out. They were very friendly, and professional. But they had fun doing their jobs. Their individual personalities showed through and they each had a good sense of humor. Advice and recommendations were given and I was informed of all costs up front. Great job, everyone. Missed you, Dana.

Our hygienist Angie was amazing. My son is only 3 years old and he tried a happy visit six months ago and wouldn't let anyone anywhere near him. Today with Angie he laughed, played, and got a check up with a cleaning and never once cried. It was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Howard Family Dental Midtown to anyone of any age. They are friendly, efficient, and all around awesome.

Not enough effort for perfection. The whole experience is about money. Way too much emphasis on making money and not enough about customer satisfaction. Hate the earphone thing. How are you going to give a patient 100% with someone talking in your ear?

I went in for a routine cleaning. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room and was seen right away. All of the staff at Howard Family Dental are very friendly and helpful. They always greet with a smile and are very committed to providing excellent service and any information you may need. They are also technologically advanced in this office. Everything is done to make your experience as pleasant as possible. My only suggestion is to bring a jacket. The exam rooms can be quite cold.

I walked into Howard Family Dental Office in Pooler just to set up a future appointment, and the front office receptionist immediately responded to my request, to my suprise with a instant dentist evaluation and service cost estimation. The service was outstanding with excellent attention to detail. The dentist was very professional, a no nonsense type of guy. He performed the work quickly and most important correctly. The dental assistant made sure I was comfortable. Both the dentist and his assistants have a good eye for detail which is very important to me; the customer. I would recommend this dental practice not only for their high quality service but for their lab work on crowns are excellent in color and fit

I was shocked that I was forced to pay my husband's bill along with my own because I'm the one paying for the insurance. Then when I got home, I called my insurance carrier and found out that the dental office hadn't filed correctly because they didn't file with my primary and that is why my husband had an outstanding bill to begin with. I've been with you guys a long time and my insurance has not changed; my husband's bill was very recent and it was your mistake, so why the pressure?

We were there with our two teenagers and my wife. They are Vietnamese and the girls have been in the USA for only 6 months. My wife could have used more instruction on how to use the electric toothbrush and the children and my wife on brushing and flossing. They were confused when we got home and I had to show all three.

My family and I have been going to Pooler Family Dental for four years. We have always received great care. The last time my daugheter went she had a new hygenist or least new to us. She seemed to be in a hurry, and my daughter said the cleaning was very painful. A few days later I went for my appointment and had the same hygenist and my experience was the same as my daughter's. I'm hoping the hygenist was just having a bad few days and that this is not the norm for her.

went in after 2 1/2 years of no insurance and no dental maintenance and i had full mouth xrays, exam, consultation, cleaning, flouride treatment, and they even adjusted my faulty crown. good job and will come back again and recommend to others.

I have been a patient here for a while now. I love all the girls in the back and Larissa is just wonderful at cleaning my teeth. girls up front.... you need to work on your social skills... I mean REALLY you are going to hold my toothpaste hostage until I come back and pay a bill I didnt even know I was gonna have!!! and it's not like I wouldnt come back and pay it. I have been going to this office too long for that kinda foolishness.. I have sent alot of people to this office but I may have to rethink that because of the front office staff.

The staff and doctor were wonderful. I had not been to a dentist in quite a while, but when I called they got me in the very next day. All were very concerned about me being as comfortable as possible while having X-rays, a cleaning and filling. The got me right in when I got there and took their time to get done perfectly what needed to be done. Selecting a qualified, competent dentist after moving is not always an easy task. After my initial experience, I felt it was worth writing a review. The staff was not only competent with current technology, they made my first visit pleasurable. I would recommend Howard Family Dentistry.
